John Lennon, Yoko Ono and a major scoop

On May 26, 1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono held the second of their famous Bed-Ins for Peace in Montreal, Canada. It was part of their infamous protest against the Vietnam War. Before reporters arrived in droves, a local 16-year-old named Gail Renard decided to break into the hotel for an interview for her school paper. It turned out to be the scoop of her life.
