Despite the horrors of Lebanon's recent civil war, the capital Beirut is fighting to restore its former glory. Countless initiatives aiming to bridge political and religious differences have sprung up in the city. One of them was launched by Kamal Mouzawak, and it's called Souk El Tayeb. He's hoping to promote understanding between cultures, by appealing to his patron's stomachs.
