Rwandan artist Jacques Nkinzingabo has a unique connection to the genocide — he was born just 10 days before it happened. Based in Kigali, he works in different media, including video, photography and music. One of his most recent projects is about other Rwandans who, like him, were born in 1994. He spoke to DW about what role the genocide played in his childhood.
