Egon Botteghi has two children: a 13-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter. He gave birth to them before deciding he could no longer live life as a woman. The process of transitioning is emotionally and physically challenging for all transsexuals but having young children can make it even more complicated. Today, Egon wants to help others understand the difficulties he went through.
