Turkey is preparing for local elections this Sunday. A lot is at stake for the president and ruling party. But not everyone is allowed to vote. After opposition parties discovered that even the dead were being called on to vote, 91,000 voters were suspended from the polling list. But some of these so-called "ghost voters" are still very much alive — and they're determined to have their say.
