Zelenskiy raises hopes for peace in Ukraine

In advance of Ukraine's parliamentary election, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has withdrawn some troops from the Donbass. War-weary Ukrainians elected him on his promises of peace. Now, they look to him to deliver.
