Magazeti mengi nchini Iran yamesifu leo(25.11.2013) makubaliano ya kihistoria yaliyofikiwa pamoja na mataifa yenye nguvu duniani kuhusiana na mpango wenye utata wa kinuklia wa Iran, na kummwagia sifa waziri Javad Zarif.

Umoja wa Ulaya wakati huo huo unatarajiwa kuondoa baadhi ya vikwazo dhidi ya Iran kuanzia mwezi ujao.

Muda mfupi baadaye Israel ilishutumu makubaliano hayo ya mpito kwamba hayaipi Iran changamoto ya kutosha na wakati huo huo ikiondoa mpinyo mkubwa dhidi ya nchi hiyo.

Kwa upande wake vyombo vya habari kadha nchini Iran vililenga katika kuelezea vipingamizi kuhusiana na utekelezaji wa makubaliano hayo yaliyofikiwa siku ya Jumapili, vikisema kuwa Wamarekani hamaaminiki.

Mafanikio yamepatikana

"Mafanikio kuondoa mzozo uliodumu kwa muda wa miaka 10 katika siku 100 za kuwa madarakani," limesema gazeti moja la serikali nchini Iran katika kichwa chake cha habari, likimaanisha mkwamo wa muongo mmoja ambao umepatiwa ufumbuzi katika kipindi tangu rais Hassan Rouhani kuunda baraza lake la mawaziri mwezi Agosti mwaka huu.

Gazeti linalopendelea mageuzi la Arman, limeandika, "Zarif anapaswa kupewa medali ya dhahabu," wakati gazeti la Aftab limechapisha picha katika ukurasa mzima ya waziri huyo wa mambo ya kigeni , ikiwa na kichwa cha habari : "Mwanadiplomasia anayetabasamu, Tunakushukuru."

Wakati huo huo waziri wa mambo ya kigeni wa Ufaransa Laurent Fabius amesema leo kuwa Umoja wa Ulaya utaondoa baadhi ya vikwazo dhidi ya Iran mwezi Desemba, kama sehemu ya makubaliano hayo yaliyopatikana kwa taabu.

Laurent Fabius pia amesema kuwa Israel ambayo imeyashutumu makubaliano yaliyofikiwa hiyo jana kuwa ni "makosa ya kihistoria" haitaishambulia nchi hiyo hasimu wake mkuu , "kwasababu hakuna mtu ambaye ataelewa kitendo hicho" katika wakati huu.

Waziri wa mambo ya kigeni wa Ujerumani Guido Westerwelle amesema kuwa lengo ni kuizuwia Iran kutengeneza silaha za atomic.

Unafuu wa vikwazo

"Lengo letu ni kuizuwia Iran kujipatia silaha za kinuklia. Kwa hiyo kupitia makubaliano haya ya Geneva tumesogea karibu na lengo hilo. Na tunataka kulifikia lengo hilo kwa njia za kidiplomasia , na kuzuwia kwa njia yoyote ile kuliweka eneo hilo katika hali ya wasi wasi."

Akizungumza na radio Europe 1, waziri wa mambo ya kigeni wa Ufaransa Laurent Fabius amesema kuwa mawaziri wa mambo ya kigeni wa Umoja wa Ulaya watakutana katika muda wa wiki chache zijazo, kupendekeza kuondoa kwa sehemu fulani baadhi ya vikwazo, ambapo Umoja huo wenye wanachama 28 utalazimika kuidhinisha.

"Uondoaji wa baadhi ya vikwazo ni kwa sehemu tu, unaolenga sehemu fulani na unaweza kubatilishwa", amesema , na kuongeza kuwa hatua hiyo itafanyika mwezi Desemba.

Qatar nayo imeikaribisha hatua ya mataifa yenye nguvu kufikia makubaliano na Iran ikisema kuwa hatua hiyo italeta uthabiti katika eneo hilo.
