卡爾扎伊:與塔利班對話要有條件

阿富汗總統卡爾扎伊堅決反對美國與塔利班舉行和談計劃的立場有所鬆動。卡爾扎伊的副發言人在喀布爾表示,首先華盛頓政府必須履行國務卿克裡與卡爾扎伊通話時做出的承諾。其中包括美國向阿富汗政府做出書面保證,將繼續提供援助。此外,塔利班設於卡達首都的辦事處必須取下塔利班旗幟以及「阿富汗伊斯蘭酋長國政治辦事處」的名牌。德國國防部長德梅齊埃也主張美國與塔利班舉行和平談判。他說,前提條件是叛軍塔利班承認憲法,遠離基地恐怖組織。
