“三驾马车”与希腊政府达成初步共识

国际“三驾马车”同希腊政府的谈判周一(7月8日)正式结束,为当天的欧盟财长会议铺平了道路。会议开始前数小时,欧盟总部发表一份声明称,“三驾马车”专家委员会同希腊有关当局就“亟需进行的经济和政治改革”达成了“初步共识”,希腊的“宏观经济前景基本符合对该国从2014年起逐步重返增长轨道的预测”,从而可以保障对该国的救助一揽子计划在既定时间表框架内得到实施。欧盟财长会议今天下午将就向希腊提供下一笔额度为81亿欧元的救助贷款进行磋商。国际“三驾马车”由欧委会、国际货币基金组织以及欧洲央行组成。
