开城工业园区谈判继续进行

朝韩关于恢复今年4月关闭的开城共同工业园区的谈判周三(7月10日)继续进行。韩国统一部通报说,两国代表在开城举行工作会谈,并视察工业园区的厂房设备。两国上周末达成原则共识,恢复该工业园区的经营。首尔方面要求平壤当局同意签署一份协议,排除未来单方面关闭这一经济特别区的可能性。韩国代表团负责人指出,只有制定了这样的规定,该项目才可能正常运行和发展。在朝鲜半岛局势紧张的背景下,朝鲜今年4月单方面突然“暂时”关闭了该工业园区。对贫穷但军备程度极高的朝鲜而言,该工业园区是为数不多的重要外汇来源之一。
