保钓人士可能被遣返

14名保钓人士被日方拘捕押送到冲绳。媒体分析日方为缓和矛盾,可能将这14人遣返。顾忌到双方的紧密经贸关系,两国都会谨慎行事,但民意掺杂可能将增加不确定因素。

(德国之声中文网) 周三(8月15日)前往钓鱼岛(日本称尖阁诸岛)并被日方拘捕的14名中国保钓人士有可能将被日本遣返,以避免中日间的矛盾进一步激化。但是媒体分析称,对立升级的风险依旧存在。

由于历史原因,中国与日本间长期以来存在摩擦。现今在地区争夺资源与影响力,进一步加深了两国间的隔阂。东海海域蕴藏有大片天然气田,围绕钓鱼岛等相关岛屿,中日两国已经展开了多年的拉锯。

此番保钓人士登岛,也特意选择了8月15日这一具有特殊意义的日子。67年前的这一天,日本天皇发布停战诏书,宣布向盟军无条件投降,结束第二次世界大战。

除了东海上的钓鱼岛,中国与东南亚各国还在南海领土划分上存在争执。随着中国海军日益强大,周边国家也愈发担心;而国内民意也很可能促使中国采取强硬的对外战略。

据日本媒体报道,周三前往钓鱼岛的14名保钓人士中,有7人登上了岛屿,并将一面中国国旗竖立在岩石上。日媒称,如果这些人没有其他违法行为,日本当局很可能会将这些保钓人士遣返。

在外交层面上,两国也都作出了强烈反应。日本政府召见了中国大使表示抗议;而中国外交部则要求日方立刻无条件释放被捕中国公民。分析认为,在十八大召开前夕,中共在对内维稳的同时,对日态度也会应民意而趋于强硬。

中国官媒措辞强硬 民间反日情绪高涨

中国官方的《人民日报》发表措辞强硬的社论:"是怎样一种心理让日本失去了自我约束力,频频挑战中国维护领土主权的坚定意志?无论历史问题上拒绝反省,还是现实问题上蛮横无理,都是我行我素、其奈我何的心理作怪,颇有几分"偏执"和"无畏"。一旦"偏执"和"无畏"走向极点,会有什么样的举动?历史不容忘记。"

在日本驻京使馆前,便衣警察与防暴武警高度戒备。中国政府目前面临着巨大民意压力,许多网民都要求政府采取强硬措施向日本施压,迫使其释放保钓人士。

一名在使馆附近的年轻路人在接受路透社采访时表示,应当使用军事手段来保卫领土权益。

日本驻香港领馆前,也有约30人举行抗议。立法委员叶国谦表示,日本无权在中国领土上拘捕中国公民。

日本首相野田佳彦同样也面临着国内民意的压力,要求其采取强硬的外交姿态。一个由议员及其他民间人士资助的团体,正在计划本周末前往争议岛屿周边水域。日本政府则拒绝向该团体授予登岛许可。此前,日本政府试图购买尖阁诸岛,将其国有化。

东京都知事、著名民族主义政治家石原慎太郎则建议首相亲自访问争议岛屿。他说,如果首相在这个时候不去,只能说明他懒惰。

但是,考虑到中日两国间紧密的经济合作关系,双方很可能将保持克制,防止矛盾升级。日本东京大学教授高原明生表示,如果发生军事冲突,对双方都不利;两国现在都想尽快稳定局势,但是一旦掺杂了民意,有些事情就不是政治家所能掌控。高原明生强调,中日两国都需要谨慎作出反应。

然而,就在8月15日同一天,两名日本内阁成员不顾周边国家的强烈反对,参拜了供奉二战战犯牌位的靖国神社,纪念在战争中阵亡的日本将士。
