日本“保岛”引发中国抗议

一些日本民族主义者不顾官方禁令,乘船前往有主权争议的岛屿(日方称尖阁诸岛群,中国称钓鱼岛),并在岛上插上日本国旗。事发之后,上千中国人走上街头举行示威,抗议日本活跃人士登岛行为。

(德国之声中文网)大约有150名日本民族主义者和政府议员在当地时间周六(8月18日)晚间乘坐20艘船只从日本最南部的石垣岛(Ishigaki)出发。他们的目标是强调尖阁诸岛群(中方称钓鱼岛)的主权。在出发前,组织者之一日本前空军司令田母神俊雄(Toshio Tamogam)表示:"我们希望向中国人和日本人传达,尖阁列岛是我们日本的领土。"在第二天凌晨,船只到达了岛群主岛附近。十几人跳进水里,一边喊着"加油,日本!"的口号,一边游向岛屿。

上岸之后,因为无法登上岛屿最高处,所以活跃人士在靠近岸边的一座山坡上插上了日本国旗。

来自东京的市议员小坂英二(Eiji Kosaka)认为此次行动取得了"巨大的成功"。他表示,该岛屿显然是日本领土的一部分,那里还有典型的日本房屋。日本海上保安厅一直关注这20艘船只的动向,但是没有采取行动进行干涉。

北京、上海、成都、青岛、广州等城市均出现了规模不一的抗议游行。在深圳有上千人参加了示威。据中国官媒新华社消息,抗议者高举中国国旗,并推翻了一辆日本牌子的警车,损坏了一家日本餐馆。

中国之前向日本发出呼吁,要求日方:"立即停止损害中国领土主权的行动"。到目前为止,日本政府否认允许日本人士的此次登岛行动。

中日两国都宣称有该岛群的主权。日本表示,从1885年起,尖阁群岛就在日本的控制之下。中国却认为,在明朝时期(1368年至1644年),钓鱼岛就属于中国,被标记在地图上,在一本书里也有所记载。

岛屿争议在本周三(8月15日)有所升级,在当日有14个中国活跃人士登上岛屿,强调岛群主权,并以此行动对日本议员提出抗议。他们特意选择了8月15日,因为这一天是日本二战无条件投降日。在这些"保钓人士"登上岛屿后,日本海上保安厅逮捕了他们,本周五,中方"保钓人士"被遣送出境。

该有争议的岛群不仅有着重要的战略意义。据估计,该海域不但盛产鱼类,还拥有丰富的石油和天然气等自然资源。现在尖阁诸岛群(中方称钓鱼岛)的五个岛屿中有四个岛屿是私人财产,第五个岛屿属于首都东京。东京都知事石原慎太郎(Shintaro Ishihara)在今年四月份宣布,计划购买另外一座尖阁诸岛群的岛屿。日本驻中国大使馆警告,此举会更加激化两国之间的矛盾。

日本党首选举将集中在9月举行,有分析人士认为,为给选举铺路,日本首相野田佳彦(Yoshihiko Noda)欲向本国民众展现一个对华强硬的形象。
