朝鲜要求被承认为“核武国家”

数星期来一再发出战争威胁的朝鲜要求国际社会承认其为“核武国家”。朝鲜劳动党喉舌《劳动新闻》周二(4月23日)发表文章称,如果同美国进行谈判,其议题就不能是要求朝鲜中止其核武计划,应是两个核武器国家之间的对等谈判。朝鲜上周提出同美国谈判的前提条件,其中包括,美方作出安全承诺、联合国终止制裁。美方则再度要求朝鲜中止其核武计划。过去数周里,平壤当局一再对美、韩、日等国发出军事打击威胁。其背景是联合国在朝鲜于今年2月中旬再度进行了核试验后作出扩大对朝制裁决议。作为对朝鲜战争威胁的反应,美国向地区增派了战机和战舰。
