联合国称,数以百万计的朝鲜儿童忍饥挨饿,并缺乏医疗保障。联合国周二(6月12日)发表一份报告指出,朝鲜国内5岁以下儿童中约有三分之一因此发育不良,成长缓慢。报告称,由于没有洁净饮用水和医疗条件,还有大量儿童死于腹泻等疾病。报告指出,约有三分之二朝鲜人依靠当局的食品定量供应。联合国在其报告中强调指出,目前看不到平壤政府做出努力,通过结构性改革实现经济增长。
