继奥地利之后,菲律宾政府也将评估从戈兰高地撤走其蓝盔部队的可行性。总统阿基诺三世的一名发言人周五(6月7日)对法新社表示,菲律宾外交部上月就曾建议撤离该国参与联合国维和部队—脱离接触观察员部队(UNDOF)的全部340名成员,阿基诺总统尚未就此作出决定。鉴于叙利亚政府军和反对派武装之间在戈兰高地持续发生激烈交战,导致至少两名联合国蓝盔部队成员受伤,奥地利政府昨天表示,驻扎在戈兰高地的维和部队官兵人身安全受到的威胁已“难以令人接受”,奥地利将撤回其参与部队。奥地利是联合国驻戈兰高地维和部队的最大参与国。联合国从1974年起向戈兰高地派驻脱离接触观察员部队,对位于以色列占领的戈兰高地同叙利亚之间的停火线进行观察。奥地利、菲律宾和印度是联合国驻戈兰高地观察员部队的三个最大参与国。
