菲船只因天气恶劣撤出黄岩岛

由于天气恶劣,菲律宾总统已经下令将菲方的两艘海岸警卫船只撤出斯卡伯勒浅滩(Scarborough Shoal,中称黄岩岛)这一中菲存在主权争议的海域。在过去的两个月里,双方的舰船在那里一直处于对峙僵持状态。菲律宾外长罗萨里奥(Albert del Rosario)周六表示,总统阿基诺三世已经下令菲方船只返回港口,原因是有台风过境。他还补充道,菲方尚未决定在天气状况转好之后是否要重新派遣船只返回相关海域。周五,罗萨里奥表示,继本周菲方的所有船只都已撤回之后,马尼拉政府在等待北京方面履行先前的承诺,将中方的大约20艘船只撤离黄岩岛泻湖。
