Germany's national soccer team is still looking for a new coach and former player Jürgen Klinsmann seems ready to take on the job. DW-WORLD readers seem happy about this.
Cheering during his active days
Of course Klinsmann has no coaching experience, but he also has a fresh and honest view on the state of German soccer. I believe that he'd be more flexible and pragmatic that Völler; however, I have to admit that I feel a little reserved about the hiring of a man who has no experience to coach a team who desperately needs to perform in 2006. Nevertheless, it could be that Klinsmann is just the man to be honest with the team about their abilities and potential, and to inject some much-needed confidence into their play. He should be involved with the team in some capacity. -- Joshua Welch
