DW Akademie's official twitter account @dw_akademie now offers more information on issues arising in the media development and the global media sectors, and provides news about DW Akademie's latest activities.

Following @dw_akademie also allows you to interact with others around the world who are involved in international media and development cooperation projects.

These tweets are primarily in English, but at times also in German.

DW Akademie's Spanish and Russian language twitter accounts have also been renamed and now include more international content as well as information relevant to the individual regions. For Spanish, follow @dw_akademie_es while @dw_akademie_ru is now the Russian account.

These three Twitter accounts complement DW Akademie's existing online offers, which include five regional blogs and six regional Facebook pages as well as the DW Akademie website. These channels provide platforms for exchanges among trainers, alumni trainees and partners, and are also important information sources for others working in the media industry.
