Michelle Müntefering and her defense of media freedom

Michelle Müntefering is a Minister of State in Germany's Federal Foreign Office. She's an avid advocate of media freedom, and is in charge of expanding freedom of speech projects on behalf of the German government globally. Müntefering is a supporter of DW's work around the world and in her role as a representative of the Foreign Office is a frequent panelist and partner at the Global Media Forum.
